Contact UsThese Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Light Strategy LLC (“Light Strategy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including the LeadOps platform and associated marketing services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing the LeadOps platform, or engaging Light Strategy for marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using our services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2 Services Provided
Light Strategy provides the LeadOps CRM platform for automotive dealerships and related marketing consulting services. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Lead capture, management, and tracking via the LeadOps platform.
- Automated SMS and email communication on behalf of dealerships.
- Integration with third-party advertising platforms including Meta and Google.
- AI-powered performance reporting and insights.
- Marketing consulting, campaign management, and related advisory services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time with reasonable notice.
3 Accounts and Access
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Each dealership account may have multiple users with role-based access levels. You are responsible for managing those roles and the actions of all users under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are being used in violation of these Terms.
4 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Send unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful communications to consumers.
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user’s account.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the LeadOps platform.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
5 Third-Party Integrations
LeadOps integrates with third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, Twilio, and others. When you connect a third-party account:
- You authorize us to access and use data from that platform on your behalf, limited to what is necessary to provide the requested features.
- Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or services.
- You may disconnect third-party integrations at any time through your account settings.
- Our use of data received from Meta APIs complies with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
6 Fees and Payment
- Fees for LeadOps and marketing services are agreed upon in your service agreement or order form.
- All fees are due as specified. Late payments may result in service suspension.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in your agreement.
7 Intellectual Property
The LeadOps platform, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Light Strategy LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.
You retain ownership of the data you bring into LeadOps. By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to process that data to provide the services.
8 Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of LeadOps complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining any required consents from your customers.
9 Disclaimers
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. We do not guarantee specific results from marketing campaigns or platform use.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Light Strategy LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of our services will not exceed the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
11 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Light Strategy LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12 Term and Termination
- These Terms remain in effect while you use our services.
- Either party may terminate the relationship with written notice per your service agreement.
- We may terminate or suspend access immediately for violations of these Terms.
- Upon termination, your right to access the platform ends. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period as described in your agreement.
13 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in New Mexico, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
14 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
