Light Strategy LLC — LeadOps Platform & Marketing Services  ·  Effective Date: March 17, 2026

Light Strategy LLC (“Light Strategy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates marketing tools and the LeadOps platform for independent automotive dealerships. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1 Information We Collect

  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number, and similar information you provide.
  • Lead and inquiry data: messages you send, vehicles you ask about, and appointment requests.
  • Dealership account data: business contact information, account settings, and billing contacts.
  • Usage data: pages you view, features you use, IP address, browser and device information.
  • Communications data: emails, texts, and call metadata that pass through our system on behalf of a dealership.
  • Integrations: information shared from third-party platforms — including Meta/Facebook — that you or your dealership connect to LeadOps, limited to what is necessary to provide the requested service.

2 How We Use Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve LeadOps and related services.
  • Route and respond to customer inquiries for the dealership you contacted.
  • Send service messages, appointment reminders, and requested updates.
  • Monitor performance and create aggregated, de-identified reports.
  • Protect our platform, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3 SMS Messaging and Consent

When you submit a form or text a number managed by Light Strategy, you consent to receive text messages related to your inquiry or account. Message frequency varies based on activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or request help by replying HELP. Each message identifies the dealership or Light Strategy, as applicable.

4 How We Share Information

  • Dealerships: we share your inquiry and related details with the specific dealership you contact.
  • Vendors and processors: we share information with service providers that support hosting, email, SMS, analytics, and similar functions under contract.
  • Legal and safety: we may share information when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.
We do not sell personal information.

f Facebook and Meta Data

Meta Integration
When a dealership connects their Facebook Page to LeadOps via Meta’s OAuth process, we access the following data on their behalf: Page information, Lead Ad form submissions, and advertising performance data. We use this data solely to deliver LeadOps features to that dealership. We do not use Facebook data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the specific service requested.
  • Dealerships may disconnect their Facebook Page at any time, after which we stop collecting new data from Meta.
  • We store Meta access tokens in encrypted form and do not share them with third parties.
  • We do not use Meta user data to train machine learning models or for any purpose outside the scope of the connected dealership’s account.
  • Our use of data received from Meta APIs complies with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

5 Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work correctly without them.

6 Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to meet legal requirements, or to resolve disputes. We may retain aggregated, de-identified data for longer periods.

7 Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfect, but we work to keep your data safe and review our protections regularly.

8 Your Choices and Rights

  • Texts: reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
  • Account and data: contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
  • Cookies: use your browser settings to manage or block cookies.
  • Facebook data deletion: if you connected a Facebook Page to LeadOps and want your Meta-sourced data deleted, contact us at info@lightstrategy.com and we will remove it within 30 days.

10 Children’s Data

Our services are designed for business users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11 Processing on Behalf of Dealerships

For most features, we act as a service provider or processor to the dealership you contacted. That dealership controls the content of messages and the customer data they collect. We process that data under our agreement with the dealership and this policy.

12 International Visitors

Our systems are hosted in the United States. If you access our site or services from another region, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States.
